Carp Garden Tour - On Sunday, July 8th, 2012, the West Carleton Garden Club is hosting a fabulous tour of twelve memorable gardens in the Carp area, from 10 am to 4 pm. This tour is a fundraiser for the Carp Memorial Hall beautification landscaping project. A superb 36-page souvenir booklet and map, which is the ticket to the garden tour, is available for $15 at six area businesses and garden centres: Carp Garden Centre, Scotiabank (Carp Branch), the Herb Garden, Ritchies Feed and Seed, Richmond Nursery and Green Thumb Garden Centre (Nepean). Ottawa Sport & Social Club (OSSC) is Ottawa’s largest co-ed adult recreational leagues providers with over 8,000 players playing with us each season. OSSC not only has leagues in Ottawa but in the Kanata region including Kinburn. These leagues include beach volleyball, softball, and ultimate Frisbee.
